Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Given2Fly, obrt za usluge i turistička agencija, vl. Mariana Andrijašević (trading as “Given2Fly Adventures”).

1. Tour Cancellations by the Customer

We understand that plans change. The following cancellation terms apply to all guided tours booked with Given2Fly Adventures:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. Bike Rental Cancellations

  • Advance bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the rental start time: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
  • Walk-in rentals are non-refundable once the equipment has been collected.

3. Early Returns

If a Customer returns rental equipment before the end of the booked rental period, no partial refund will be issued. The full rental rate for the booked period applies.

4. Cancellations by Given2Fly Adventures

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour or rental in the following circumstances:

  • Adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, strong wind, storms) that would make cycling unsafe.
  • Insufficient participants for a group tour (minimum 2 riders required).
  • Equipment or safety concerns that cannot be resolved before the scheduled start time.
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases where we initiate the cancellation, the Customer will be offered:

  1. An alternative date or time at no additional cost, or
  2. A full 100% refund.

5. Weather Policy

Cycling in light rain or overcast conditions is generally safe and tours will proceed as scheduled. In the event of severe weather, the decision to cancel will be made by our team no later than 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Customers will be notified immediately by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

“Bad weather” is determined solely at the discretion of Given2Fly Adventures, taking into account current conditions and forecasts for the duration of the tour.

6. Modifications

  • Date/time changes: Free of charge if requested more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Upgrade requests (e.g., switching from a standard bike tour to an e-bike tour): The price difference applies and must be paid at the time of the change.
  • Downgrade requests: The price difference will be refunded.

7. Group Bookings

For group bookings of 6 or more participants, the following special terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the tour: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the tour: No refund.
  • Partial cancellations (reduction in group size): Accepted up to 48 hours before the tour. The price will be adjusted accordingly, but the minimum group charge of 4 participants applies.
