1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bicycle rentals and guided tour services provided by Given2Fly, obrt za usluge i turistička agencija, vl. Mariana Andrijašević (“Given2Fly Adventures” or “Provider”), a business registered and operating in Split, Croatia. By making a booking or renting equipment, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • Bookings can be made online through our website, by email, by phone/WhatsApp, or in person at our shop.
  • Online bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • Group bookings of 6 or more require a minimum 48-hour advance reservation.
  • The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to adverse weather conditions, insufficient participants, or other safety concerns. In such cases, the Customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Payment

  • Payment is accepted in EUR via credit/debit card, cash, or bank transfer.
  • Full payment for tours is required at the time of booking or upon arrival, prior to the start of the activity.
  • Bike rentals are payable upon collection of the equipment.
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Age Restrictions

  • Standard bikes (hybrid, MTB, kids): No minimum age. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • E-bikes: Minimum age 16 years. Riders aged 16-17 must have parental/guardian consent.
  • Tours with alcohol (Wine, Beer): Participants must be 18 years or older.

5. Equipment and Safety

  • All rentals include a helmet, which must be worn at all times while riding.
  • The Customer must perform a basic safety check with staff before departing.
  • Equipment must not be modified, disassembled, or used for racing, stunts, or any purpose other than normal recreational cycling.
  • The Provider is not responsible for personal belongings carried during a rental or tour.

6. Late Returns

  • A grace period of 30 minutes applies to all rentals.
  • Returns more than 30 minutes late will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
  • Returns more than 2 hours late will be charged an additional half-day rate.
  • Failure to return equipment by the end of the business day may result in charges for an additional full day.

7. Identification

The Customer must present a valid photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence) at the time of equipment collection. A copy of the ID will be retained for the duration of the rental in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Conduct

The Provider reserves the right to terminate a tour or rental without refund if a Customer behaves in a manner that endangers themselves, other participants, or the public, or causes damage to equipment.

9. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and content published by Given2Fly Adventures on its website and social media channels remain the intellectual property of Given2Fly Adventures. Customers who appear in promotional material will be asked for consent in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian law, the Provider’s total liability to the Customer for any claim arising from a rental or tour shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that specific service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Split, Croatia.

12. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
